Job Description

 

INFUSE is seeking a GTM Strategist to develop and lead integrated demand generation and media strategies for enterprise and prospective clients. In this role, you will partner with sales, client success, creative, analytics, and delivery teams to translate business objectives into cross-channel media plans that drive measurable outcomes. You will contribute to strategic innovation and help shape product, content, and demand planning initiatives across the organization.


Responsibilities:
- Develop demand generation and cross-channel media strategies aligned with client business objectives
- Analyze audience insights and market research to define priority segments and channel behaviors
- Leverage analytics and performance data to optimize media plans and forecast results
- Collaborate with sales and client success teams to align campaign concepts with strategic direction
- Present strategic recommendations to senior client stakeholders during sales engagements
- Support the evolution of company strategy, innovation, and demand planning initiatives


Requirements:
- Experience in B2B media planning and cross-channel demand generation strategy
- Strong knowledge of media channels including display, social, nurture, and demand gen
- Proficiency in analytics and performance measurement tools
- Ability to dissect digital briefs and map customer journeys
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working with data to forecast and evaluate channel performance
