Job Description
Federato is seeking a Senior Manager FP&A to lead financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis in support of its AI-native insurance platform. This role partners closely with executive leadership to drive data-informed decision-making, optimize operating performance, and support scalable growth. You will oversee budgeting processes, develop sophisticated financial models, and enhance reporting systems in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead company-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models for long-range strategic planning
- Partner with executives to analyze performance, identify risks and opportunities, and deliver actionable insights
- Drive the annual operating plan and quarterly re-forecast cycles with cross-functional alignment
- Prepare detailed variance analyses and financial reports for leadership and board stakeholders
- Enhance financial systems and tools to improve reporting efficiency and data integrity
Requirements:
- 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or private equity
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting capabilities
- Proven experience partnering with executive leadership teams
- Advanced systems proficiency and ability to scale finance operations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex financial insights clearly
