Xpate is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, and execution of critical user-facing systems, including B2B onboarding, client portals, and internal operations platforms. This role focuses on designing frictionless workflows, embedding regulatory requirements, and leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and user experience. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and design teams to ship scalable fintech solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research to uncover pain points in onboarding, portal usage, and internal operations
- Own the B2B onboarding journey, defining user flows and prototyping wireframes
- Design and optimize client portal workflows to increase self-service and reduce support volume
- Develop internal operations dashboards and tools to improve team efficiency
- Identify and implement automation and AI-driven solutions for routine processes
- Define success metrics and iterate based on data analysis and user behavior insights
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, BaaS, or payments environments
- Deep expertise in B2B onboarding, compliance, identity verification, and payment flows
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Framer, or Sketch
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data and automation tools
- Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to ship products end-to-end
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to challenge requirements constructively
