GR8 Tech is seeking a Middle Operations Account Manager to oversee operational support and performance for an assigned portfolio of iGaming clients. This role acts as the primary point of contact, ensuring stable service delivery, coordinating internal teams, and fulfilling contractual and operational commitments. The position requires strong client communication, analytical thinking, and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain long-term relationships with assigned clients as the main operational contact
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including affiliates, customer service, payments, and development
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting and status updates
- Track development requests and ensure timely execution of operational deliverables
- Identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities within client processes
- Manage contract renewals, compliance requirements, and presentation of product updates
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in the iGaming industry
- Experience in Technical Account Management, Project Management, or Client Delivery
- Advanced English with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic experience with CRM and BI systems
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize and solve operational challenges independently
