OLIPOP is seeking a Sr. People Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and embedded partner across multiple business functions. This senior-level role drives organizational effectiveness, supports leadership capability, and leads complex, cross-functional People initiatives that strengthen performance, culture, and long-term growth. You will operate with autonomy while aligning People strategies with evolving business priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
- Translate functional strategies into People approaches that enhance organizational effectiveness
- Coach senior leaders on org design, performance management, compensation, and structural decisions
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional People programs such as performance evolution and career frameworks
- Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and thorough documentation
- Analyze organizational trends and provide data-driven recommendations
- Build scalable systems, processes, and tools that improve People team effectiveness
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 6+ years in a People Business Partner role
- Deep expertise in performance management, employee relations, and talent calibration
- Experience in organizational design and supporting growth-stage companies
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align People strategies with business priorities
- Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills
