GMR Marketing is seeking an Account Coordinator to support its Events and Venues team in executing experiential marketing programs. This role assists with procurement, vendor coordination, payments, contract documentation, and compliance tracking to ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently. The Account Coordinator works closely with internal teams and external partners to manage financial and operational details while maintaining accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support procurement efforts by sourcing hospitality, catering, transportation, and ticket-related services.
- Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability, pricing, and program requirements.
- Manage invoice processing, payment tracking, purchase orders, and credit card reconciliations.
- Review contracts and ensure documentation is properly executed and archived.
- Maintain organized backend systems, reporting tools, and compliance checklists.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate program execution.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting procurement, vendor coordination, or financial processes preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple programs and shifting deadlines.
- Foundational understanding of accounting or financial documentation processes.
