Garner Health is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter (Contract) to support rapid hiring across Engineering, Data, and Product teams. Reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, this six-month contract role plays a critical part in scaling high-performing technical teams. The recruiter will manage complex searches, drive proactive sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare technology environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple complex technical searches.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering and product talent.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines across diverse sourcing channels.
- Partner with hiring managers to define target profiles and align recruiting strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in Greenhouse to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights to improve hiring performance.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Experience hiring in fast-paced startup or digital health environments preferred.
- Proven success building and owning sourcing pipelines.
- Ability to leverage recruiting data to influence stakeholder decisions.
- Strong consultative communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse and BrightHire preferred.
