Penn Foster Group is seeking a Creative Director to define and scale the organization’s creative vision across multiple education brands and channels. This strategic leadership role blends brand stewardship with performance-driven execution, ensuring creative work builds emotional connection while driving measurable business outcomes such as enrollment, engagement, and learner success. The Creative Director collaborates closely with Growth, Product, Enterprise, and Communications teams to translate business strategy into compelling creative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a cohesive creative vision aligned with brand promise and growth priorities.
- Lead the evolution and protection of visual identity systems across platforms and audiences.
- Champion AI-ready creative innovation for performance marketing and emerging discovery channels.
- Manage and mentor designers and creative partners to deliver high-quality, scalable work.
- Oversee campaigns, product storytelling, and lifecycle creative across digital and offline channels.
- Partner with senior leadership to align creative execution with strategic business objectives.
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in brand strategy, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing.
- Strong understanding of performance and conversion-focused creative.
- Experience leveraging AI-driven discovery and emerging creative technologies.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Strong art direction and execution skills across design, video, and UX.
