Growe is seeking a Python Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain system and data integrations that support business-critical operations. This role focuses on building scalable data transformation pipelines, integrating diverse systems, and ensuring reliability across production environments. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient, high-performance integration solutions aligned with evolving business needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain system and data integrations across multiple platforms.
- Build and optimize ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integration services.
- Work with SQL databases to manage structured data workflows.
- Create dashboards and monitoring solutions using Grafana or Tableau.
- Deploy and manage services within AWS environments while troubleshooting production issues.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in integration, backend development, or data engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with SQL databases.
- Practical experience in ETL processes and API development.
- Experience supporting systems in production environments.
- Familiarity with Grafana or Tableau for monitoring and visualization.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
