C.A. Fortune is seeking a Senior Paid Media Manager to lead strategic paid media initiatives for better-for-you CPG brands. This role drives engagement and revenue growth through full-funnel paid social, search, display, and retail media campaigns. The Senior Paid Media Manager combines data-driven insights with strategic leadership to ensure campaigns align with broader brand and omni-channel objectives while delivering measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across social, search, display, and retail media channels.
- Oversee campaign setup, budget management, pacing, forecasting, and optimization.
- Develop audience targeting strategies using first-party, retailer, and third-party data.
- Manage day-to-day activation across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google Ads.
- Partner with creative and strategy teams to refine messaging and creative testing frameworks.
- Deliver performance reporting, insights, and optimization recommendations to clients.
Requirements:
- Experience working with CPG brands is mandatory.
- Proven expertise managing paid social, search, display, or retail media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts with strong organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO.
- Strong communication skills for client reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
