Stretto is seeking a Project Manager AI to lead and oversee artificial intelligence initiatives from conception through deployment. This role ensures AI projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, the Project Manager AI applies agile methodologies and governance best practices to drive innovation, compliance, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional teams including developers, data scientists, and business analysts.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and security standards.
- Oversee deployment, testing, maintenance, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Proven experience managing AI, machine learning, or data science projects.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and development lifecycles.
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
