HeadSpin is seeking a Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant to support its global sales team by providing technical expertise during customer engagements. This role focuses on demonstrating the value of HeadSpin’s digital experience intelligence platform, which enables enterprises to test and optimize mobile, web, and OTT applications using real devices and networks across multiple global locations. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand their testing challenges and present solutions that improve application performance, quality assurance, and user experience monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective customers during the sales cycle to understand their technical requirements and testing challenges
- Deliver product demonstrations showcasing the capabilities of the HeadSpin platform
- Lead proof-of-concept engagements by aligning customer objectives with internal technical teams
- Provide technical guidance on application performance management and testing workflows
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to support customer success
- Identify upsell opportunities and potential risks during customer engagements
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, solutions engineering, or a related role
- Experience working with iOS or Android development environments
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, XCUiTest, Espresso, or UIAutomator
- Understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and mobile application performance concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills for technical product demonstrations
