Job Description

 

Sunrise Robotics is seeking an Account Executive to lead commercial expansion across Europe, introducing intelligent robotic automation into real production environments. This role focuses on building market presence, developing strategic customer relationships, and managing complex enterprise sales cycles. The Account Executive partners directly with manufacturers to identify operational challenges and position flexible robotic solutions that deliver measurable production efficiency and cost improvements.


Responsibilities:
- Build and expand Sunrise Robotics’ commercial presence across European manufacturing markets.
- Generate pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and on-site customer engagement.
- Conduct in-depth discovery on factory-floor workflows to identify automation opportunities.
- Lead full sales cycles from initial discovery through negotiation and close.
- Structure pilot programs with defined success criteria to enable scalable rollouts.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure successful implementation and long-term growth.


Requirements:
- Proven experience selling complex enterprise solutions in high-ambiguity environments.
- Experience commercializing innovative or non-commoditized products.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to operate independently in field-based roles.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial drive and initiative.
- Fluency in English; German proficiency preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Europe for on-site engagements.
