GMR Marketing is seeking an Account Supervisor to support strategic sponsorship marketing initiatives aligned with client business objectives. Reporting to the Account Director, this role leads partnership activation planning and manages day-to-day execution of national sponsorships, including NASCAR programs. The Account Supervisor collaborates with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of experiential campaigns and maximize partnership asset utilization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sponsorship activation and measurement strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Manage operational logistics, hospitality coordination, and on-site event execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain strong client relationships through status calls, presentations, and post-event reporting.
- Optimize partnership assets to drive increased brand value and engagement.
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in partnership consulting, sponsorship activation, or experiential marketing.
- Proven ability to manage events and operational logistics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated client management and presentation experience.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint development.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% for on-site support.
