The Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist builds and operates production-grade LLM-based systems, including chatbots and AI assistants. This hands-on engineering role focuses on reliable generative AI integrations, RAG pipelines, and conversational systems within an existing ML and cloud infrastructure.

GR8 Tech is seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Specialist to design, build, and operate production-ready LLM-based systems within its iGaming platform ecosystem. This hands-on engineering role focuses on implementing reliable generative AI solutions that support knowledge-driven workflows, automation, and AI-assisted interactions. Working within an established ML and data platform, the specialist will contribute to scalable and observable AI systems integrated with backend services.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain LLM-powered features, chatbots, and conversational AI systems.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines including document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval, and generation.
- Contribute to agent-style workflows with structured tool usage and orchestration logic.
- Integrate generative AI components with backend services and APIs.
- Monitor system behavior, performance, latency, and cost metrics in production.
- Collaborate with Product, ML Engineering, and Backend teams to ensure reliability and quality.

Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with clean code and testing practices.
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, and embedding-based retrieval systems.
- Experience building conversational systems with structured outputs and tool calling.
- Proficiency in AWS services including ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3, OpenSearch, and API Gateway.
- Experience with Python, SQL, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with vector databases, open-source LLMs, and AI monitoring practices.
